This restaurant is called after Vicente Chust - its owner and chef. The man is a well known name in Valencian gastronomy, having worked in many prestigious restaurants, eventually developing his own author's style. This is creative regional cuisine, firmly based in the Valencian and Mediterranean roots, yet with a very personal approach of the master. Here you can try the chef's own interpretation of traditional Valencian paellas, as well as his more avant-guard creations. The restaurant also prides itself on top-class service, and the ambience is very warm and inviting, a kind of a jazzy art basement. Private diners available. |
