Over 15 traditional Valencian paellas and rices (perhaps the largest range offered by any single restaurant in Valencia), plus the local meat and fish dishes, in a very typical Valencian interior of ceramics and memorabilia on the walls. La Riua has a high status in Valencia, it is loved and respected, so book ahead to make sure it won't be full and don't forget that you are a guest. You can also call ahead and get your paella cooking while you are arriving (since it takes a while).
