La Lluna is a real find for a vegetarian in Valencia. Not only you get a restaurant dedicated totally to vegetarian food, it is also cheap and attempts to give you a taste of what a typical Valencian vegetarian would be like, although generally it tends to me more overall Spanish, with some other Mediterranean influences. Plus an incredible interior of Valencian ceramics done in a New Age Rainbow theme. Even the tables are lined with ceramics. A colourful, cosy, very green place, always lively as well (so you can meet people) that will give you a Valencian vegetarian experience.
