Outskirts of Valencia - Big Night-ClubsThere are guite a few decent night-clubs in the nightlife areas within Valencia, where you can party in style until dawn. While there are some big night-clubs like Las Dockas and La Indiana, the majority are quite small. If you are after a full-on, monstrous club night you may opt for a short taxi trip to the outskirts / countryside of Valencia, where some of the legends of Valencian nightlife are located. That includes the area on the coast south of Valencia, where you will find a cluster of what is left of the legendary Ruta de Bacalao - the techno movement of the 90s. type of music type of crowd (mixed=age) price in euros Southern Ourskirts

Southern Coast (Former Ruta de Bacalao)The 90s in Spain saw the party mayhem of La Ruta de Bacalao - a movement of Spanish techno (bacalao) that surged in the Valencian countryside and stretched all the way to Madrid. Over time the raves were extinguished, like everywhere else, but a few ambers of La Ruta live on, including the very club where it all began. Getting there: while Bananas has a great offer with a free train on Saturdays, the others are more complicated. If you can't afford a taxi you could take the yellow bus (the same that goes to the beaches) and have a short taxi trip from there. The problem is that while the buses go early enough in the morning to pick you up once the night is over, they stop going at about 9-10 in the evening, depending on the time of year, which means you have to hang around in Les Palmeres for a few hours before entering a club.
